Refund, Cancellation & Billing Policy

Our Services consist of digital products, software and platform access, education and training programs, consulting and professional services, and related build and setup work. These are delivered, licensed, performed, and consumed promptly after purchase. Because access, licenses, and services are made available and begin immediately, they are treated as delivered and rendered upon purchase.

All payments are non-refundable, and all sales are final, except as expressly provided in Section 3 or where a refund is required by applicable law. This applies to all amounts, including one-time build, setup, or enrollment fees; deposits; recurring subscription and monthly program fees; and any add-on or usage-based charges. Fees are earned when the corresponding access, license, materials, onboarding, or services are made available or performed, regardless of whether you subsequently use, complete, log into, or benefit from them. Because our results depend on each customer's own effort, decisions, market, and circumstances, we do not offer refunds based on your results, your level of use, dissatisfaction with outcomes, change of mind, or failure to use the Services. We make no guarantee of income, revenue, sales, customers, leads, or results of any kind (see our Terms of Service and No-Earnings disclosures).

Refunds are provided only in the following limited circumstances: • Cooling-off window (if applicable). Where your Program Agreement provides a cooling-off period (for example, a five (5) calendar-day window after your Effective Date), you may cancel within that window for the refund stated in your Program Agreement — typically the build/enrollment fee less the value of any training, materials, or Playbook access already granted, onboarding, services already performed, and third-party costs already incurred. No cooling-off applies unless stated in your Program Agreement or required by law. • Refunds required by law. Where applicable law grants you a non-waivable refund or cancellation right, we honor it to the extent required. • Written exceptions. Any refund we expressly agree to in a signed writing. No other refunds are provided. Third-party and usage-based costs (advertising/ad spend, AI/model/API usage, telephony/SMS, data, hosting, and similar) are never refundable and are not included in any refund. Any refund that is due is issued to your original payment method or, where you paid through Klarna or another financing provider, processed back through that provider to adjust or reverse your balance in accordance with the provider's process; we do not issue cash or alternative-method refunds.

Some Services are billed on a recurring (subscription) basis. By enrolling in a recurring plan, you authorize Company and its payment processor to automatically charge your payment method on file, on a recurring basis, in the amount and at the frequency disclosed at checkout and in your Order Form, until your term ends and all amounts are paid, or until you cancel as described below. • Amount & frequency. The recurring amount, billing frequency (e.g., monthly), and any minimum term are disclosed to you at the point of purchase and in your Order Form before you are charged. • Ongoing authorization. Your authorization remains in effect for each recurring charge until you cancel or the term ends. You agree to keep a valid, current payment method on file. A declined, expired, or withdrawn payment method does not cancel the obligation and is treated as non-payment. • Term & renewal. Your plan runs for the term stated in your Order Form. Renewal terms, if any, are as stated in your Order Form; where no auto-renewal is stated, the plan does not automatically renew. • Price changes. We will provide advance notice of any change to your recurring price as required by law or your Program Agreement. Payments via Klarna or other third-party financing. Where you choose Klarna or another "buy now, pay later," installment, or financing provider at checkout, that provider pays us for your purchase and you repay the provider directly under its own schedule and consumer agreement. Any installment or payment plan is an arrangement between you and that provider — not a recurring charge that we initiate or control — and your use of the provider is governed by the provider's own terms, which you accept with the provider. Your purchase, your Program Agreement, this Policy, and our delivery of the Services remain fully in effect regardless of how you finance the purchase, and completing checkout with a financing provider constitutes your purchase on the terms shown. If approved for and using such a provider, you authorize us to share the transaction details needed to process and service your purchase and any adjustments or refunds. Because the Services are delivered and made available promptly (Section 1), your purchase is treated as delivered for the provider's purposes upon our granting of access or commencement of the build/services.

You may cancel a recurring plan at any time by sending a written cancellation request to contact@rgnventures.ai (or through any self-service cancellation tool we provide). To stop the next charge, your request must be received before your next billing date; cancellations received after a charge posts apply to the following cycle. Cancellation stops future renewal billing; it does not retroactively refund amounts already charged, does not waive amounts still owed for a committed term, and does not by itself terminate a Program Agreement — early termination of a committed term is governed by, and may carry the liquidated-damages amounts stated in, your Program Agreement. Access continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.

If you have a billing concern, contact us first at contact@rgnventures.ai so we can resolve it. You agree to give us at least thirty (30) calendar days to address any billing dispute before initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or bank/card-network dispute. All charges are pre-authorized by you at purchase and under your Order Form. Initiating a chargeback or reversal of a validly authorized charge is a breach of your agreement with us; in addition to our other remedies, it may result in immediate suspension of access, referral of the balance for collection, and the liquidated damages and costs stated in your Program Agreement. We maintain records of your authorization, acceptance, and delivery and will present them to the processor or bank in response to any dispute. If you purchased using Klarna or another third-party provider, you may also raise a dispute or buyer-protection claim through that provider's process. We will cooperate in good faith with the provider's dispute resolution and provide records of your order, acceptance, and delivery. Except where that provider's terms or applicable law require otherwise, using a provider's dispute process does not change the non-refundable nature of the Services, and you agree to contact us first (as above) before initiating a dispute.

You authorize Company and its payment processor to charge your payment method for all amounts due (one-time and recurring) on their due dates. Card and bank data is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant processor; we do not store full card numbers. Failed, late, or reversed payments may result in late fees, interest, and suspension or termination of access as provided in your Program Agreement, and do not relieve you of amounts owed.

Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated. You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or similar taxes, which may be added to your charges.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted with an updated effective date and apply to purchases made after posting. Your continued use or renewal after a change constitutes acceptance.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute is resolved as provided in our Terms of Service and/or your Program Agreement (including binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and a waiver of class actions and jury trial), except as prohibited by applicable law.
